Indian police say they have arrested a 28-year-old man wanted in connection with two sex attacks in Britain. Former nightclub bouncer Raminder Singh was arrested in New Delhi on Sunday after three years on the run, police joint commissioner Ravindra Yadav said in a statement late Monday.
