Alibaba.com is de-activating their free members

The Asian giant alibaba,com is deactivating their free members. They are not caring about appeal of these free members to reactivate their accounts. They are seams to be furious for generating more income from gold supplier scheme. The deactivated members find the above message after login.
The page shows that the members can appeal for their account to regain it. But after submitting the appeal in their prescribed form they do not find it back.
