	Gaza: Why is no-one rebuilding it? BBC's Lyse Doucet visits Gaza where during the last conflict with Israel, more than 2,000 people were killed and 18,000 homes destroyed. 73 Israelis also died. It's now 6 months since a ceasefire was declared and tens of thousands still have no shelter. International donors pledged more than $4bn for the reconstruction of Gaza, but little of the money has arrived.
