BBC's Lyse Doucet visits Gaza where during the last conflict with Israel, more than 2,000 people were killed and 18,000 homes destroyed. 73 Israelis also died. It's now 6 months since a ceasefire was declared and tens of thousands still have no shelter. International donors pledged more than $4bn for the reconstruction of Gaza, but little of the money has arrived.
